Earning of Bonus Points:

• Member can earn one bonus point for every dollar spent on repair or maintenance services at DCH Motor Service Centres.

Bonus Points Redemption:

1. Visit Bonus Point Gallery to redeem your gifts.
2. Use bonus points as cash at DCH Motor Service Centres. Every 250 points equal to HK$1

Terms and Conditions of Bonus Point Program:

1. Bonus point validity is 24 months from the invoice day.
2. Bonus points are calculated on membership basis. All bonus points earned from different vehicles will be counted collectively under the same membership.
3. Spending on decimals will not be counted as bonus point.
4. All bonus points earned can be used on the following working day.
5. All expenses under Fleet Service Contract or paid by a third party (e.g. insurance company) will not be entitled to earn any bonus points.
6. Required bonus points for gift redemption will be deducted directly from Member's account upon submission of the redemption request.
7. Gift Redemption letter will be emailed to Member's registered email address. Members can redeem the gifts by providing the redemption code at designated service centres.
8. Designated items like cash coupons will be delivered by post.
9. All gifts are redeemed on first-come-first-served basis. If the selected item is out of stock, members will be notified via email or by phone.
10. Redeemed items cannot be exchanged, cancelled or refunded for cash or bonus points.
11. Quality of gifts and maintenance services are subject to the terms and conditions stipulated by the respective merchant/service provider. Hong Kong Motor Club is not responsible or liable in anyway. Required payment/bonus points are subject to change without prior notice.
12. For redemption of "Repair & Maintenance Service" items, please note service fees for repair, maintenance and car care vary and they are subject to vehicle makes and models.
13. Gift redemption are valid on or before the expiry date indicated and shall be void upon its expiration. For the expired of gift collection, redeemed bonus points are void and cash is non-refundable.
14. Hong Kong Motor Club reserves the right of final decision for Bonus Point Reward Program without prior notice.
15. Coupons redeemed may carry different validity periods and are subject to the terms and conditions of respective merchants. Lost, stolen, damaged, expired coupons will not be re-issued or replaced.
16. In case of dispute, Hong Kong Motor Club reserves the right of final decision.
