How to join Hong Kong Motor Club ?

Everyone is welcome to join Hong Kong Motor Club, regardless of whether you are a car owner. You can apply online or fill out the application form. Applicant must provide accurate information, otherwise the application will not be processed. Please also provide the soft copy of the vehicle registration document if you would like to enjoy vehicle related offers.

Is the membership exclusive for car owners?

Everyone is welcome to join Hong Kong Motor Club, regardless of whether you are a car owner.

What if I have multiple vehicles?

Each member can only hold one membership account. Member can add multiple vehicles under his/her account by providing the vehicle registration documents.

How long does it take for the application to be approved?

Normally, it takes about 10 working days to complete the processing of applications.

First time login including password creation
  • Enter the last 7-digit of your membership number or HKID number (For Corporate account, please enter your CI No.) for the first time login .
  • A one-time password (OTP) will be sent to the email address that you have registered automatically.
  • Enter the OTP to complete the authentication.
  • Set your own password.
  • You can also choose to login with your mobile number if you complete the mobile number authentication as well.
  • Once completed the authentication, you can use either email address or mobile number for easy login next time.
How can I login to my account?

Members can use either the registered email or mobile number and your own password to login after authentication. Password must be a combination of letters and numbers with no less than 8 digits.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Go to login page and click Forgot password. Enter your email address or mobile number and we will send you a one-time password. Enter the OTP and create a new password.

I cannot complete the “Forgot password” step. What should I do?

If you cannot complete the “Forgot password” process, please notify us via Enquiry Form, email to [email protected] or call our Member Hotline at 2216 8268 during office hours.

About Membership
How to earn bonus points?

Member can earn one bonus point for every dollar spent on repair or maintenance at Dah Chong Hong Motor Service Centres. Bonus points earned from different vehicles will be counted collectively under the same membership. All expenses under Fleet Service Contract or paid by third party (e.g. insurance company) will not be entitled to earn any bonus points. All bonus points earned will be displayed in your account on the following working day.

How can I use the bonus points?

Bonus points can be used for gift redemption at bonus point gallery or as cash at DCH Motor Service Centres, every 250 points equal to HK$1.

How long is the validity period of the bonus points?

The validity period of the bonus points is 24 months upon consumption date. All the bonus points must use before expiry date.

Is Hong Kong Motor Club offering tiered memberships?

Hong Kong Motor Club membership is divided into five tiers: Blue, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier offers its own unique privileges, including exclusive online shopping offers and motor service discounts. For details, please refer to Member privileges .

How can I upgrade to the next membership tier?

To upgrade your membership tier, your registered vehicles need to perform regular maintenance service (including the new vehicle check-up in the second month after car delivery) at Dah Chong Hong Service Centres at least twice in every 12 months from the membership join date. Membership tier will be maintained at the same level in the following year if regular maintenance service has been performed once. Please refer to Membership tier for more details.

Should I cancel my membership after selling my car?

You do not need to cancel your membership if your car has been sold. Everyone is welcome to join Hong Kong Motor Club, regardless of whether you are a car owner.

What kinds of payment can I choose?

We accept payment by credit card (Visa / Mastercard), AlipayHK, WeChat Pay, Bank-in through Heng Seng bank or cheque.

What kinds of delivery methods can I choose?

There are two delivery methods:

  1. SF Express (Cash on Delivery)
  2. Self pick-up at DCH Motor Service Centres

Remarks : For redemption of cash coupon, Repair & Maintenance Service or Rent-A-Car Service, the coupon(s) will be sent by post to your correspondence address directly. Selected products only accept self-pick-up at designed shops or through delivery.

Can I cancel the confirmed order?

All confirmed orders cannot be cancelled; cash or redeemed bonus points are non-refundable.

Can I combine the orders in Bonus Points Gallery and e-Shop for check out?

No, Bonus Points Gallery and e-Shop orders cannot be combined for check out and delivery.

Can I get a refund if I have not collected the redemption gift within the validity period?

No, gift redemption is only valid on or before the expiry date. For expired gift collection, redeemed bonus points are void and cash is non-refundable.

Can the cash voucher be reissued if I have not used it with the validity period?

No, all cash vouchers must be used before expiry date and cannot be reissued.
